Refund Policy
At the Tennessee Association of Recovery Court Professionals (TARCP), we strive to provide our members, exhibitors, and sponsors with valuable resources and opportunities. Please be aware of our refund policy outlined below:

Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases made through TARCP, including memberships, event registrations, exhibitor fees, and sponsorships, are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy: Purchases are transferable within 15 days of the original purchase date. If you need to transfer your purchase to another individual or entity, please contact us within this time frame. Transfers requested after the 15-day period will not be accommodated.

No Rollover Policy: TARCP does not offer a rollover policy for any un-used benefits or services. All benefits associated with memberships, events, or sponsorships must be used within the designated period. Unused benefits will not carry over to the following year or event.

Exhibitors and Sponsors: All exhibitor and sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable. Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to review their commitments carefully before completing their purchase.
